You can use this page without installing or signing into the ZipCart app. Enter the email address on your account. We will email a time-limited link to verify that you control it. Submitting this form does not immediately delete an account.
What deletion removes
Your account profile, contact details, saved addresses, saved carts and wishlists, device tokens, marketing choices, and customer-authored free text are deleted or anonymised.
What may be retained
We retain limited order, payment, refund, accounting, fraud-prevention and dispute records where legally or operationally required. Order and delivery records are kept for 6 years as accounting records. Direct contact details are removed from retained order records. Delivery photos are kept for 90 days as proof of delivery, and longer only if needed for a dispute or legal claim. A request may wait until active orders finish; if your wallet still holds credit, verification asks whether you agree to forfeit it; without that agreement the request waits until the balance is zero.
Your rights and governing law
ZipCart is only for people aged 18 or over. If you are unhappy with how we handle your request, you have the right to complain to the Gibraltar Regulatory Authority, which supervises data protection in Gibraltar. This page and your request are governed by the laws of Gibraltar.
